There is no question that quitting smoking is hard, in fact if you were to ask ex-smokers they may tell you that it was one of the hardest things they have ever done. Nevertheless, there
are more ex-smokers in the U.S. today than smokers, people are taking their lives back and learning what it is like to feel normal again.
Quitting smoking is challenging because it is a big part of your life. You have become dependant on it physically (nicotine addiction) and psychologically. It takes time to break free from nicotine addiction and the psychological effects of smoking, often times it will take several attempts at quitting, however, you can quit.

That’s more people that are killed by murder, alcohol, cocaine, heroin, car accidents, suicide, fire and AIDS all combined. The health effects of smoking are serious and affect people of all ages.
